extract from our Project Coordinator's Job Description .....Visit sites, review job or project requirements with client. Prepare using Excel, Word, AutoCad and/or other computer-based systems, written estimates, quotations, reports and drawings. Working within agreed limits, submit estimates and quotations, as required, to others for review and to clients as directed. Prepare and maintain project schedules and time lines. Maintain a safe site and compliance with safety and labour standards. Supervise project manpower so that schedules are met and arrange for project support materials, equipment and supplies to be on site as the need arises. Ensure that completed work is inspected for quality of workmanship and completeness of the requirement. Participate in project/system testing and client training. Liaise with client and MTJ management. Expand the customer base by assisting to develop new clients. Other duties as required.
