Under the supervision of a tradesperson and by the application of common trade practices , which may include, operating machinery, equipment and tools the apprentice shall: 

Follow the specified requirements for learning a skilled trade and practice elements of that trade as directed by a qualified person;

From time to time the apprentice shall attend trade school;

Complete forms and write reports as directed;

Operate within the job description for the trade.
