	Our service is mobile and quick to respond. We will try to understand your level of urgency and work to it, if at all possible.
	We strive to use good quality generic parts when ever practical.
	Practical experience facilitates cost effective solutions to problems.  Developing solutions is an iterative process. Usually the first iteration will solve 80% of a problem. Further trials permit refinement.
	When we provide you with a long term employee, they are backed up by our full facilities of tools, equipment, network of suppliers and mentorship of the team.
	If an employee is taken sick while on a long term assignment, you have the comfort of knowing that we will provide a replacement.
